PechaKucha Night Volume #1

Pecha Kucha Night brings creatives together for an evening of quick-fire, “show and tell”-type presentations, networking, and fun. Pecha Kucha’s focus is on passion, not portfolio, and the presenters come from extremely diverse creative backgrounds. The Pecha Kucha format, 20 slides for 20 seconds each, allows 8-16 presenters only 6 minutes and 40 seconds to present. This keeps presentations concise and the interest level up, providing entertainment for a larger-than-life crowd.

Pecha Kucha (pronounced peh-chak-cha), which is Japanese for “the sound of conversation,” is an international phenomenon that was conceived in Japan by Klein Dytham Architecture in 2003, and has rapidly spread to over 217 cities globally. This C-U event is sponsored by Unisource.
