Food, design, and literature? Definitely a knock-out combo in our books. From their website: “Around the world on April 1st bibliophiles, book artists, and food lovers gather to celebrate the book arts and the (literal!) ingestion of culture. Participants create edible books that are exhibited, documented then consumed.”

The 2009 Edible Book Festival will take place Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at the University YMCA. More details here. Check our their gallery of books from previous years here.
